当方作のゲームを利用される場合の注意事項・利用規約などを記載しております。
ゲーム内にも利用規約が記載されていますが、内容が相違している場合こちらの利用規約が優先されます。

注意事項
  1. 描写における注意
    2. こちらのサイトで配信されているゲームの多くは突然の脅かしや残酷描写を含んでおります。
    また一部公衆に供するには不適切な表現があるかも知れません。

  2. ソフトウェアについて
    3. ゲームは全て、WOLF RPG EDITORを使用して製作されております。
    ゲームをDL・プレイしたことによって生じた損害・トラブル等に関しましては作者は一切責任を負いかねますことをご了承ください。

  3. ゲームを遊ぶ前にやっていただきたいこと
    4. ゲームをプレイされる前に下記作業を必ず行うようお願いします。
    イラストが表示されない等の不具合が発生する可能性があります。
    1. ゲームのアプリケーションファイルを右クリックし、プロパティを選択
    2. 互換性タグを選択し、最下部の特権レベルにある「管理者としてこのプログラムを実行する」にチェック









利用規約
  1. ゲーム内素材の二次使用の禁止
    2. ゲームからキャラチップやマップチップ、効果音や音楽といった素材を抜き取り使用することは一切禁じます。
    作者が描いたゲーム内のイラスト（一枚絵、スチル）はスクリーンショットを撮ってSNSのアイコンやプロフィール画像、動画のサムネイルなどに使って頂いて構いません。

  2. ゲームファイルの二次配布の禁止
    3. 当方作のゲームをアップローダ等で二次配布することを禁じます。
    例外として翻訳版は翻訳者様による配布を許可しています。

  3. ゲーム動画の有料配信の規制
    4. 当方作ゲームについてはお借りしている使用素材で商用利用不可のものがあるため、原則的には有料配信を禁止しています。
    有料配信が可能な場合もありますので「規制の除外」をご確認ください。

  4. ゲーム動画のライブ配信について
    5. 許可していますが、ライブ配信中に不具合が生じた際に作者は即時の対応をとりかねる旨をご了承ください。

  5. エンドクレジットのカットの禁止
    6. ゲームを使用した動画を作成する場合、必ずエンドクレジットを動画内に収めていただくようお願いいたします。


規制の除外
 以下の作品・配信形態におきましては条件付きでゲーム動画の有料配信を許可します。作者への許可申請は不要です。条件は「規制除外の条件」をご確認ください。
  • Youtubeにおける広告有りの動画配信
  • Steamで購入したゲーム全て
  • 『The Crooked Man Ver.4』　フリー版
  • 『The Sand Man Ver.3』　フリー版
  • 『The Boogie Man Ver.3』　フリー版
  • 『The Hanged Man Ver.2』　フリー版
  • 『人魚沼リメイク版』
  • 『PARANOIACリメイク版』
  • 『INSANITYリメイク版』
  • 『PEDESTAL』


規制除外の条件
  • Steamで購入したゲームの動画を作成する場合、PLAYISM提供の実況ガイドラインに従うこと。
  • ニコニコ動画のクリエイター推奨プログラムで作成した動画そのものを親作品として登録しないこと。
  • ニコニコ動画のクリエイター推奨プログラムを利用する場合、Readmeやマニュアルを確認し、使用素材の中の「クリエイター奨励プログラム登録作品」を親作品として紐づけること。
  • ニコニコ動画のクリエイター推奨プログラムを利用して「The Crooked Man」「The Sand Man」「The Boogie Man」「The Hanged Man」の動画を配信する場合、PLAYISMによるガイドラインを親作品として紐づけること。

  • 動画投稿の方法等について作者へ問い合わせたりしないこと。
  • 金銭授受における訴訟等の問題が発生した場合、作者は裁判上における一切の責任を負わないことを理解すること。
  • 他の利用規約の項目を順守すること。









二次創作について
基本的に二次創作は公開・頒布・販売に関わらずお好きにして頂いて構いません。
二次創作をする際の作者への連絡は不要です。
またコスプレやTRPG、動画作成といった活動も作者の許可なしに行っていただいて結構です。
以下に注意事項・禁止事項のみ書かせて頂きます。
  1. ゲーム内のイラスト・キャラクター・マップ・効果音・音楽・ボイスを組み込んだ二次創作作品を販売するのは禁止です。また、ゲーム内にはなくても、公式で使用されている上記素材類を使用して販売作品を作成するのはご遠慮ください。
  2. 他人への誹謗中傷を目的とした作品の公開・頒布・販売はご遠慮ください。
  3. 二次創作作品の販売においてトラブルが発生した場合、作者は一切の責任を負いかねます。
  4. 何かご不明な点がございましたら、作者までお気軽にご連絡ください。









翻訳について
自作品を翻訳して下さる方を歓迎しております。
お手薄おかけしますが作者までメールでご連絡くださいませ。日本語もしくは英語で対応いたします。

  1. About expression in my games
    2. Many of my games contain sudden threats and cruel expression. In addition, some expressions may be inappropriate to provide to the public.

  2. About game engine
    3. All of my games are created using WOLF RPG EDITOR.
    Please note that the author cannot be held responsible for any damages, troubles, etc. caused by downloading or playing the game.

  3. Before playing game
    4. Please do the following before playing the game. Errors such as illustrations not being displayed may occur.
    (1) Right-click the game application file and select Properties
    (2) Select the compatibility tag and check "Run this program as an administrator".









TERMS OF USE
  1. Reuse of resouces
    2. Extraction and reuse or redistribution of resources (except author's illustrations) used in the game is absolutely forbidden.
    It's permitted that take screenshot of illustrations (stills) drawn by me and use as as social networking icons, profile images, video thumbnails, etc.

  2. Redistribution of my games
    3. Redistribution of game files (except for translations) is absolutely forbidden.
    As an exception, translated versions are permitted for distribution by the translator.

  3. Paid video distribution
    4. For my games, the following paid video distribution is prohibited because some of the resources are not available for commercial use.

    • Niconico

    There are no restrictions only on video distribution with advertisements on Youtube.
    Please note that the author accepts no liability in the case of litigation or other problems arising in the payment or receivement of money.

  4. Live broadcast
    5. Permitted. Please note that the author cannot take immediate action when an error occurs in game during live broadcast.

  5. Credits
    6. If you create a playthrough of my game, be sure to include credits in the video.









ABOUT FANWORK
I don't forbid the release, distribution, or sale of any fanwork like illustrations, fanfic, comic, cosplay, TRPG or video. Also you do not need to contact the author before you create fanwork. I write down the note below.
  1. It's forbidden to sell fanwork include the resources in the game or this site like illustrations, graphic of character, map, sound, music or voice.
  2. Releasing, distributing, or selling works designed to slander others are forbidden.
  3. I won't take any responcibility for any trouble for fanwork.
  4. Please contact me if you have something you don't know.
